The Cuban influencer Claudia Artiles once again took Instagram by storm this Friday with a new video showcasing her transformed figure after the recent cosmetic surgery she underwent, triggering a flood of compliments that filled her comment section.
The content creator based in Miami appeared in a dress that showcased her new figure, just shy of two months post-surgery. In response to her followers' anticipation of the results, she calmly stated, "It's only been two months; there's still a long way to go."
The reaction from her community was swift. The compliments poured in with phrases ranging from "your angelic face is out of this world, and that body is just incredible, queen" to the comment that became the most repeated: "The blonde has let loose, beautiful!"
Other followers highlighted the naturalness of the result. "I've been following you for a while and I always thought how beautiful and natural this girl is, and now after the surgery, you look stunning because you look very natural. I give the surgeon a 100 because they did an amazing job," wrote one user. Another message came from Colombia: "Wow, if you were beautiful before, now you are absolutely gorgeous."
The transformation was not an easy journey. Claudia had surgery in April at the Elevate Cosmetic Center in Miami, where she underwent a body reconstruction with the removal of excess abdominal fat and breast surgery. Five days prior, she had already undergone an endolift on her double chin, a minimally invasive procedure using laser.
Behind the decision was a very challenging personal context. In November 2025, when she was all set for the surgery, she discovered a surprise pregnancy with her partner Ultrack (Jorge Batista), which postponed her plans. That pregnancy ended in a miscarriage, and doctors diagnosed her with polycystic ovary syndrome, a condition that currently prevents her from conceiving. Faced with this reality, she decided not to continue delaying her well-being.
Since then, Claudia has documented every stage of her recovery with complete transparency. A few weeks ago, she appeared without a corset for the first time, showing a waist that left her followers speechless. Then, 54 days post-surgery, she posed in a black bikini on the beach in what was the boldest chapter of her transformation up to that point.
The new video featuring the dress represents the continuation of that narrative, and the response from her community confirms that interest has not waned. Claudia herself made it clear that the best is yet to come: with barely two months post-surgery, she anticipates that her figure will continue to evolve in the coming weeks.
