Laura García and Iliana Lombardero, wife and mother-in-law of the Cuban reggaeton artist Osmani García, were once again in charge of creating the birthday cake for Lele Pons, this time to celebrate her 30th birthday.
The luxury bakery Divine Delicacies Custom Cakes based in Miami shared a heartfelt message with Venezuelan influencer: "It is always an honor to create your birthday cakes. You deserve all the happiness in the world, not only because you are beautiful inside and out, but because you have one of the kindest and most genuine hearts. May this year be filled with love, laughter, success, and unforgettable moments. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your special day every year."
Lele Pons turned 30 on June 25, but chose not to celebrate publicly in a sign of respect for the devastating double earthquake that struck Venezuela on June 24, with magnitudes of 7.2 and 7.5 and over 3,300 fatalities.
The singer herself explained on her social media, "Last week was my 30th birthday, but I didn't feel it was appropriate to celebrate given everything that is happening in Venezuela. There is a time for everything. I love you all."
Despite Lele Pons’ decision to keep a low profile, the cake was made and documented by the bakery, which has had a relationship with the influencer and her surroundings for several years.
Laura García and Iliana Lombardero, known in the world of luxury pastry as the "Divas of Sugar," have been the go-to pastry chefs for Lele Pons for years, having created the 11-tier cake for her wedding to the singer Guaynaa in 2023 and a design featuring Minions and dinosaurs for her 2025 birthday.
Divine Delicacies counts among its clientele figures such as Marc Anthony, Natti Natasha, Maluma, Jennifer Lopez, the Kardashians, and Cardi B, establishing itself as one of the go-to bakeries for Latin entertainment celebrities in Miami.
In June of this year, Laura and her mother created Marquito's birthday cake for the third consecutive year, the son of Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira, a six-tiered creation themed around The Lion King, which confirms the loyalty of major figures in the entertainment industry to the work of Cuban women.
