Venezuelan influencer Isabella Ladera has taken social media by storm with a series of intimate and emotional images since giving birth to her son Koa on July 11 in Miami, accumulating millions of reactions in just a few days.

The first post came when Isabella shared on Instagram photos of the moment she gave birth to Koa, accompanied by a message that touched the hearts of her followers: "Giving birth reminded me that life always knows the way. It was about surrendering, without giving up. Today I understood that the body is not made to endure pain, but to transform it into life. I love you Koa, thank you for choosing us and staying."

The next day, a new post with the description "twenty-four hours in a cloud" showed Mía Antonella, Isabella's eldest daughter, giving a sweet kiss to her newborn brother.

Isabella also shared a family carousel that included walks around the Miami neighborhood, with Mía pushing Koa's stroller and moments of closeness between the two siblings. "Mom of two in cloud nine. The best big sister in the world but always our little one."

In all the images, the baby's face is covered with a heart emoji, a deliberate gesture by Isabella to protect Koa's privacy.

Koa is the second child of Isabella and the first with her partner, the Peruvian model and influencer Hugo García, who reacted to the first photos with the comment "My life in two photos."

The birth was humanized, at home, in an inflatable pool and without anesthesia. After 26 hours of labor Koa arrived in the world with just three final pushes and with the amniotic sac intact.

Isabella and Hugo García officially made their relationship public last year and announced their pregnancy this past February. In April, they revealed that they were expecting a boy with a themed photo session centered around Formula 1.

Just before giving birth, Isabella showed her body without filters and revealed that she gained nearly 20 kilos during her pregnancy, prioritizing the baby's well-being, and stated that she plans to wait between six and seven weeks before resuming physical exercise.
