Isabella Ladera surprised her followers again with an Instagram story that has become her personal trademark: a mirror selfie from her dressing room, shirt lifted, midriff exposed, and a message as straightforward as she is: "this is how I am, sisters."

The Venezuelan influencer, who gave birth to her son Koa on July 11 in Miami through a home water birth without anesthesia, after 26 hours of labor, is just two weeks postpartum and already displays her recovery with the same ease that characterized her entire pregnancy.

In the image, taken in her dressing room with shoe shelves in the background, Isabella appears in a black sports top and gray pants, with her shirt pulled up to show her abdomen without retouching or idealized poses.

It's not the first time she's done this. On July 13, just two days after Koa's birth, she had already shared a photo in her pajamas with her abdomen still swollen and the same message: "This is how I look, sisters." Now, two weeks later, she repeats the gesture from the dressing room to show a gradual and genuine recovery.

This attitude is directly connected to the philosophy that Isabella has maintained throughout her pregnancy. When she was 38 weeks pregnant, she unashamedly revealed that she had gained over 20 kilos, and summarized it this way: "I never worried about my weight; all that matters to me is that my baby is healthy, measuring and weighing as they should, having the amniotic fluid and everything they need. I gained over 20 kilos, and it doesn't bother me; I’m just enjoying this stage."

Koa is the second child of Isabella —her eldest daughter, Mía Antonella, was born in 2020— and the first with her partner, Peruvian model and influencer Hugo García, 33 years old and a former member of the reality show "Esto es Guerra." The couple, who officialized their relationship in October 2025, resides in Miami.

With over 12 million followers on social media, Isabella has built her popularity precisely on that unfiltered closeness: showcasing the real postpartum body, without idealizations or pressure, at a time when many women feel just the opposite.

Isabella has mentioned that she plans to wait between six and seven weeks before resuming exercise, so for now the plan is clear: enjoy Koa and continue sharing each stage as it comes, with no filter other than the dressing room mirror.
