The Cuban singer Charly achieved one of his greatest personal dreams: buying his first home in Miami, a milestone he celebrated on Instagram with a makeshift red ribbon across the front door and the message "Makeshift ribbon, dream fulfilled!! 1st."
Who was by his side at every moment was his girlfriend, the Cuban influencer Esmeralda Deulof, and that detail did not go unnoticed by anyone.
The couple, who publicly confirmed their relationship in April 2026, experienced together the signing of the documents at the office of the real estate agent who handled the purchase, and they also together cut the ribbon that inaugurated the house.
Esmeralda, who has over 300,000 followers on Instagram, quickly reacted in the comments with words that melted fans' hearts: "This is the beginning of many blessings coming your way, my love. Very proud of you, and there’s so much more to come."
His duo partner Johayron also joined the celebration with a brief yet impactful "Awaaaaa," and the reggaeton artist Nicky Jam left a flurry of fire and lion emojis that gathered over 200 reactions.
The post surpassed 20,400 likes within a few hours, a testament to the affection that the Cuban community in Miami has for the artist.
This house is the last link in a chain of achievements that Charly has been building over the past years. In June 2024, before having his own home, he had already gifted a house with a pool to his parents in Cuba, writing at that time: "My parents have given me everything... Today, it's my turn to return the favor."
In February of this year, he took his mother to Las Vegas to fulfill another long-awaited dream, and by April 2025, he was already boasting about a Lamborghini as his new luxury car.
Three years after landing in Miami without a home or a car, Charly signs the papers, toasts with champagne, and does so with Esmeralda by his side. It's hard to imagine a more perfect ending to a chapter.
