Roxana Rivero, girlfriend of the Cuban singer Jacob Forever, dedicated an emotional story on Instagram to celebrate the anniversary of the artist's career, accompanied by a photo of him performing on stage before a crowd.

From her account @roxanarivero_21, Roxy reposted a publication from Jacob himself, in which he appears wearing a purple hoodie and a black cape, microphone in hand, pointing to the audience at the Watsco Center in Coral Gables, Miami. Over the image, she wrote: “Happy career anniversary my love. Today is a day to look back and feel proud, but also to look forward and know that great things are still to come...”

The photo chosen by Roxy for the tribute is not just any photo: it comes from the sold-out concert that Jacob held on April 25 at the same venue, titled "Celebrating His Immortal Career," one of the greatest moments of his career.

What a trajectory. Jacob Forever —whose real name is Yosdany Jacob Carmenates— has been in Latin music for a quarter of a century, a figure that is impressive in any genre.

He began at a young age, spending nearly a decade as a member of Gente de Zona, and in 2013, he decided to pursue a solo career. Two years later, he released the album El Inmortal, a nickname that has accompanied him everywhere since.

As a solo artist, his first major international hit was "Until the Malecon Dries".

Then came more hits: the remix of "Quiéreme" alongside Farruko, Abraham Mateo, and Lary Over, while songs like "Dile" and "Suéltame la mía" solidified his place in Latin urban music.

Recognitions also came: the ASCAP award from the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers in 2017, and the award for Best Musical Career from Carteles Magazine in 2022.

Regarding this year's milestone, the concert in April at the Watsco Center — featuring guests like Alexander Delgado, El Chacal, Dany Ome, Kevincito El 13, Wow Popy, and Divan — was the largest stage where Jacob has performed to date, and all tickets sold out.

That same night, the artist performed "Puente Libertad" alongside El Chacal and Yotuel, and from the stage, he declared his love for Roxana with an "I love you, my love" that did not go unnoticed.

The couple publicly confirmed their relationship in April 2026, when Jacob stated in the digital program El Desorden de Marko a brief yet eloquent "I'm happy." Since then, Roxy — a 24-year-old real estate agent based in southern Florida — has been very prominent in his public life and on his social media.

Now, with that story filled with pride and affection, Roxana made it clear that she celebrates every achievement of Jacob as her own, and that the two look forward, convinced that the best of his career is yet to come.
