Juliette Valle surprised her followers with a video posted on Instagram in which she announced that she is officially resuming her career as a real estate agent, a facet she had put on hold for almost a year and a half and that now, she says, is the right time to activate.
The Cuban influencer and model based in Miami revealed that the catalyst was unexpected: the purchase of her first house, which took place about two months ago, helped her reconnect with something that had begun much earlier. "Many don’t know this, but during that time I took my Real Estate course. I studied, graduated, and prepared myself, but since life is so unpredictable, I simply felt that the moment was not right to pursue it, and everything just passed by and that project was shelved," she explained with complete ease.
It was the process of buying her own home that opened her eyes. "Buying my own house made me realize how important it is to have the right person by your side during such a special moment. That's when I stopped and said, it's time to finish what I started," she recounted.
The announcement couldn't have come at a better time for her. In June, Juliette publicly showcased her first property in Miami —a house with a pool, a terrace with a pergola, a garage, and three bedrooms— and firmly addressed those who doubted her financial capabilities: “I am a resident. I’ve had my companies established for over two years. I have prepared myself to buy houses. I have my taxes, everything is up to date and done correctly. That’s why the process was so simple for me.”
Living that process from within, with all its emotional implications, is what ultimately convinced her. "I am officially resuming my journey in Real Estate, and I am more than ready to begin this new stage," she stated.
In the post's description, Juliette was even more direct about her intentions: "Today officially marks the beginning of a new phase for me. One that excites me, challenges me, and which I plan to build with the same discipline I have used for each of my projects. I want to learn, grow, and be able to support others in achieving something as important as finding a place they can call home."
The reaction from her followers was immediate. The video garnered more than 9,500 likes and 157 comments within hours, with messages ranging from pride to practical enthusiasm: "I hope when it's my turn to buy my first house you will be my realtor," wrote one follower.
This new chapter adds to a streak of reinvention that Juliette has been building for months. After her departure from the podcast "De La Vida" at the end of 2025, she responded calmly: “Today I understand that not everything that ends is a loss; often it is a lesson.” Since then, she hasn't stopped: her sportswear brand, her new relationship, and now the real estate world.
