The image, taken in front of a mirror in what appears to be a modern hotel room or apartment, shows Roxy in a fitted and colorful look that combines boldness and style. To capture the moment, she used her iPhone, which partially covers her face, adding a touch of mystery that her followers quickly noticed. The 24-year-old young woman, a real estate agent based in South Florida, has been one of the most talked-about figures in Cuban entertainment in Miami for months since her romance with the singer became official in April 2026, when Jacob mentioned her on the digital show El Desorden de Marko and openly declared, "I’m happy."
Since then, the couple has kept everyone talking: birthday celebrations on a yacht with champagne, dedications from the stage at the Watsco Center in Miami, and a flurry of compliments on Instagram. In August, Jacob left her a comment that says it all: "The most beautiful."
And indeed, Roxy is not new to surprising people. At the beginning of August, she had already caused a stir among her followers by appearing with a long blonde wig, a change that sparked debate among her fans and immediate praise from the singer.
Jacob Forever, whose real name is Yosdany Jacob Carmenates, is one of the leading figures in Cuban reggaeton. Born in Camagüey, he was a member of Gente de Zona for nearly a decade before embarking on a solo career in 2013 with hits like "Hasta Que Se Seque el Malecón" and "La Dura." Following his separation from Diliamne Jouve González in September 2025, he has been seen with Roxana in Miami since November of that year.

And she made it clear just a few weeks ago when she dedicated a story to Jacob for the anniversary of his artistic career: "Even greater things are coming."
