A bride with six months of well-kept secrets pulled off the perfect surprise for her husband on their wedding day in Miami: Osmani García and El Chacal appeared live to sing "El Día de Mi Boda" for their first dance as a newlywed couple, in a performance that Osmani himself shared on his Instagram account.
The groom had no idea what was coming. When the two Cuban artists took the microphone in that luxurious hall—chandeliers, golden lighting, white fabrics—the excitement overflowed among the attendees.
"Wedding of dreams. What an emotion to feel our song El Día de Mi Boda as their first dance as a married couple… even more special to be part of this beautiful surprise planned by the bride for the groom, alongside my brother El Chacal, and to sing it live at a moment they will remember forever," Osmani wrote in his post.
The evening did not stop at just one song. Osmani also performed “Ella es Mía” and the classic “El Taxi”, transforming the celebration into a full live show that the guests will hardly forget.
"The Day of My Wedding" is a collaboration between both artists included in the album La Voz, which Osmani released in December 2025 featuring 15 songs and collaborations from figures such as Willy Chirino, Descemer Bueno, and La Diosa. Since its premiere, the song has already been on track to become a wedding anthem; this surprise performance in Miami confirmed it.
El Chacal, whose real name is Ramón Lavado Martínez, was born in Havana and is one of the most recognized voices of the Cuban urban movement. Based in Miami since 2018, he maintains a friendship with Osmani that they both describe as brotherly, which is reflected in every collaboration.
It's not the first time that Osmani has provided the soundtrack for a memorable wedding. In early 2026, he performed at the wedding of Trump advisor Alex Bruesewitz at the Trump National Doral Miami, where he also sang "El Taxi." On that occasion, his wife Laura was the creator of the wedding cake through her company Divine Delicacies Cakes.
Osmani closed his message with a phrase that captures the spirit of the night: "Love and good music are immortal."
