The difference between the official rate and the informal rate reaches 77 pesos for the dollar and 88 pesos for the euro.
In the last month, the official exchange rate of the dollar rose from 649 to 698 CUP, and that of the euro increased from 754 to 782 CUP, a development that, however, has not managed to close the gap with the parallel market.
