Emilio Frías, leader of the orchestra El Niño y La Verdad, met this Wednesday in Miami with Willy Chirino and Amaury Gutiérrez to prepare a song dedicated to the freedom of Cuba, as shared by the artists themselves on their social media.

Frías published several photographs alongside Chirino and Gutiérrez in a space equipped for music production and expressed his enthusiasm for this collaboration through a post on Facebook.

"A song for Cuba and its Freedom, a strong but necessary message. Thank you, Willy Chirino, and your manager Gonzalo, for the always-present affection and for the invitation… Long live Free Cuba!" wrote the Cuban singer.

On his part, Amaury Gutiérrez also shared a photograph from the meeting on his Instagram account, featuring the artists along with other members of the team.

"In preparation for something very lovely with the Boss @willychirino. Thank you, dear maestro. It is always an honor and a privilege to collaborate with you. God bless you," expressed the singer-songwriter.

For now, the musicians have not revealed the title of the song nor announced an official release date, although their posts confirm that they are already working on the project.

The collaboration brings together three renowned figures of Cuban music who have publicly expressed their support for the island's freedom.

Willy Chirino, with more than five decades of artistic career, is the author of "Nuestro día ya viene llegando," one of the most emblematic songs of the Cuban exile.

Amaury Gutiérrez, a renowned singer-songwriter and composer, has built an extensive musical career and has participated in numerous initiatives and events within the Cuban community in Miami.

On his part, Emilio Frías has maintained a critical stance towards the Cuban regime. In September 2022, he fell victim to an episode of censorship during a concert at the Casa de la Música de Galiano in Havana, when the authorities interrupted his performance.

Willy Chirino was one of the artists who publicly supported Frías after that incident.

The three musicians also participated in the Cuba Nostalgia festival, held in Miami in May 2026, an event dedicated to preserving Cuban traditions and culture in exile.
