The Cuban influencer Rachel Arderi unveiled all the details of "Ready with Rachel" this Friday, from her kitchen and without any production, a project she had been announcing for weeks without revealing its content.

In a reel published on her Instagram account, the content creator explained that it is a comprehensive wellness application focused on nutrition, training, discipline, and healthy habits.

Arderi chose to record the announcement in her kitchen, without any production equipment or editing, as a deliberate gesture of intimacy. "I want you to feel close to me; it's my way of communicating things to you," she explained. That direct and unfiltered tone is, precisely, part of the project's proposal.

What surprised her followers the most was the personal confession she included in the video. "A few months ago, I wasn't feeling good about myself; I wasn't feeling good about my body. I was eating very poorly, consuming a lot of sugar," Arderi admitted candidly. A mother of two, she acknowledged that her body struggled to perform everyday activities and that she felt "very swollen."

It was her coach, Yasmany Amed Rodríguez García, known as Yas, who gave her the ultimate push. "Look, if you are really willing to make a change in your body, in your life, I believe your greatest commitment is to involve your community," he told her. That phrase, according to Arderi, "was what changed everything" and gave rise to the project.

In the video, she showed actual images of her transformation: 28 days after starting the program, the changes in her body were visible. "It's incredible how much I deflated, how the change looks," she commented, and stated that "Ready with Rachel" is "a program that will change your life if you're truly willing to commit to it."

This Friday, there was no official launch of the application. Instead, Arderi announced a pre-launch with a limited group of people through a WhatsApp community, which interested parties can join via the link in their Instagram profile. The official release date of the app will be communicated through that channel.

The announcement comes approximately a month after Arderi reached one million followers on Instagram. Just a few days later, she launched the account @readyconrachel and identified herself as the creator of the project, although she has yet to reveal its nature.
