Yoyi and Preña Palma are debuting and couldn't be more excited! The Cuban comedians José Mesa and Maikel Martín have started to showcase the corners of their new home in Miami and announced a miniseries on Instagram where they will share with their followers the process of renovating the house.
After announcing on October 11 the purchase of their first home in the United States, the beloved duo of comedians has decided to take their followers along on this new adventure, which promises fun moments and more than a few discussions about decoration.
In the first chapter shared on Instagram, both toured the property's yard, which features a large pool, views of a lake with ducks, and a decorative brick area that has already sparked some differing opinions between them.
"We have been looking for our dream little house for about two months. And we've finally found it!" expressed Yoyi, visibly excited about this new chapter.
But if there is one thing that especially makes the comedian happy, it's the lake next to his home. True to his sense of humor, he shared one of his witty remarks: "What makes me happiest is that I have a lake, I have ducks to be with as well."
Yoyi has big plans to transform the outdoor space. Among his ideas is to build an outdoor kitchen and completely redesign the pool. However, it seems that not all of his proposals have the approval of Preña Palma.
One of the first disagreements arose precisely over a brick area that is part of the patio. While Yoyi is considering making changes, his partner prefers to keep it as is and only make a few adjustments.
"This place is one of the most spectacular in the house and should not be changed or touched, except for a small remodeling of the bricks," defended Preña Palma.
Since they couldn't come to an agreement, they decided to leave the final decision in the hands of their followers. "We're going to ask them to let us know in the comments whether we should take them down or not. Whatever you say is what we're going to do," they proposed.
The new home represents an important milestone for the comedians, who have publicly shared part of their journey since arriving in the United States. In February 2025, both recalled what their first efficiency in Miami was like, a time very different from the one they enjoy now.
Now, with the keys to their own home and many projects ahead, Yoyi and Preña Palma want to share with their audience every step of the transformation of their new home.
And this is just the beginning. The comedians hinted that in the next episode they will reveal the interior of the house, a part they are still keeping secret and which will surely pique the curiosity of their followers.
