Bebeshito surprised his followers this Saturday by announcing his new album "El Convoy" and simultaneously presenting the first single from the project, titled "Inolvidable," through a reel posted on his Instagram account.

In the video, the Cuban artist performs excerpts from the song and explains the meaning of the release: "With this track, I want to officially welcome you to El Convoy and with this, welcome you to the first song of the album, 'Inolvidable'."

The lyrics of the song convey a strong tone of self-affirmation and loyalty to those who have been with him from the start. “I put family first, those who have been with me from the beginning,” sings the Habanero repairman, before closing with the chorus that gives the song its title: “Many want to surpass the unsurpassable / They don't realize that I am unforgettable.”

For the presentation, the artist chose to make a video in his studio, and while he sang the new song, his wife Rachel Arderi played with their children Yan Carlos and Mía, in a daily, intimate moment that reinforces the idea of the importance of family.

The announcement comes at a particularly pivotal moment for the artist. Just days earlier, Bebeshito received approval for his work permit in the United States, after nearly a year of being unable to perform in that country due to a lack of work authorization. “I spent a year without singing,” the artist stated upon learning the news.

The project "El Convoy" is not a new idea: Bebeshito announced it for the first time in October 2025 as a collaborative production with 10 artists from the Cuban urban genre and worldwide distribution, under the concept of "Global Cast." At that time, he did not reveal the names of the collaborators, promising that they would be a surprise.

The release of "Inolvidable" marks the first concrete musical installment of that project, which would become their second major recording work after "22 Caminos" (2024).

That first album, composed of six EPs released progressively, catapulted him to international fame. By mid-October 2026, “22 Caminos” had accumulated 13 songs certified individually by the RIAA, with gold, platinum, and multiplatinum recognitions.

The rise of Bebeshito —the stage name of Oniel Ernesto Columbié Campos, born in Havana on May 30, 1997— has been steady in recent years. In August 2025, he became the first Cuban reggaeton artist to fill the Kaseya Center in Miami, with over 19,000 spectators. That same month, Billboard named him "Latin Artist to Watch" for the month of July, and at the beginning of 2026, the magazine included him among the 26 Latin artists to watch throughout the year.
