Probably one of the most important events that unites both religious and atheist people in Cuba is the release, in the early days of January, of the Letter of the Year, an interpretation of the Ifá oracle with predictions for the year ahead.
The body of the Letter of the Year consists of recommendations, suggestions, warnings, etc., aimed at ensuring a prosperous year without major mishaps. Almost all areas are covered, from health to family, not overlooking political and environmental events.
