Probably one of the most significant events that unites both religious and atheist people in Cuba is the release, during the first days of January, of the Letter of the Year, an interpretation of the Ifá oracle with predictions for the upcoming year.
The body of the Letter of the Year consists of recommendations, suggestions, warnings, etc., to ensure a fruitful year without major mishaps. Almost all areas are covered, from health to family, not overlooking events of a political and environmental nature.
