This recipe is easy to make and very delicious. It's perfect as an appetizer during a meal or for snacking while you share some beers with friends.
Ingredients:
- 4 large onions
- ½ cup of milk
- ½ cup of Castilla flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of pepper
Instructions:
Peel and slice the onions into thick rings. Separate the rings, soak them in milk, and let them rest for 5 minutes. Use the larger rings to make the dish look more appetizing. Drain them lightly and coat them in flour mixed with salt and pepper. Fry them in hot oil.
