Mango Smoothie

Mango is a fruit with great antioxidant power, as it has vitamins C, E and provitamin A. It is native to northwest India, where it has been declared the National Fruit and has been cultivated for more than 4 thousand years. There are more than 40 species of mango and thousands of varieties that have spread throughout all warm areas of the planet. In Cuba we are very fond of this fruit and we have incorporated it into our recipes, mainly in desserts, due to the delicious sweetness of our mangoes. Here we present a simple Mango Smoothie recipe. Ingredients:
  • 1 large mango
  • 500 ml whole milk
  • 100 ml condensed milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ice
Instructions:

Wash and peel the mango. Cut the dough and put it in the mixer.

Handle in the blender / CiberCuba Cocina

Add the whole milk, condensed milk and pinch of salt. Finally, add the ice pieces to your liking and blend until you obtain a very cold shake with frappé ice.
