Mango is a fruit with significant antioxidant properties, as it contains vitamins C, E, and provitamin A. It is native to northwestern India, where it has been declared the National Fruit and has been cultivated for over 4,000 years. There are more than 40 species of mango and thousands of varieties that have spread across all the warm regions of the planet. In Cuba, we are very fond of this fruit and have incorporated it into our recipes, primarily in desserts, due to the delicious sweetness of our mangos. Here, we present you with a simple Mango Smoothie recipe. If you decide to make it, remember to share a photo on our social media.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large mango
  • 500 ml of whole milk
  • 100 ml of condensed milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Ice
Instructions:

Wash and peel the mango. Cut the dough and place it in the mixer.

Add the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of salt. Finally, add ice cubes to your liking and blend until you achieve a well-chilled shake with frappé ice.
