Scrambled eggs, or revoltillo, is a dish made from lightly beaten eggs. There are different recipes, but the common thing is to cook them in a pan with oil, lard or butter, stirring continuously until the egg curdles and creates lumps. Scrambled eggs are consumed all over the world. They can be prepared for breakfast, as a main course at lunch or as a light dinner. They are usually combined with various foods, for example, onion, ham, bacon, cheese, aromatic herbs, mushrooms, among others. Look at our recipe, it is delicious, easy and nutritious. Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams of bacon cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil or fat.
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley to decorate
Instructions:

Put two tablespoons of oil in the pan and place it over medium heat. When it is hot, add the bacon and let it brown.

While the bacon is browning, open the eggs in a deep bowl. Beat them until the whites and yolks are well integrated. Add salt and pepper if you like.

Add the beaten eggs to the pan with the bacon and stir until set. Some people prefer very dry scrambled eggs, while others like a soft and juicy scramble. Stop cooking when the scrambled eggs reach your liking.
