A delicious hot drink for winter nights. It's a super easy recipe that will make you look like a master chocolatier!
Ingredients:
- 250 ml of whole milk
- 50 ml of fresh water
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- sugar to taste
Instructions:
Pour the milk into a metal saucepan and heat it over medium heat. Before it reaches a boil, add the cocoa powder and sugar. Stir until they are completely dissolved. Mix the teaspoon of cornstarch with cool water, then add it to the chocolate milk, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens. Be sure to maintain medium or low heat, stirring the bottom to prevent lumps from forming. This recipe serves one portion.
Serve it hot in your preferred cup and accompany it with butter cookies, churros, sponge rusk, or biscuits. You can garnish it with chocolate sprinkles or grated dark chocolate.
