Delicious appetizer. Ideal for Christmas dinners. Try our recipe and your guests will be pleasantly surprised.
Ingredients:
- 10 drops of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 avocados
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 kilo of shrimp
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 10 leaves of lettuce
Instructions:
Boil the shrimp in salted water for a few minutes, drain them, and peel them. Set aside some tails for decoration.
Place a well-washed and chopped lettuce leaf in wide-mouth glasses, then add a portion of diced avocado on top, and place shrimp over that.
Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, and combine everything well.
Cover the shrimp with the sauce.
For decoration, use the tails set aside at the beginning of the preparation.
