Ingredients:
- 10 drops of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 avocados
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 kilogram of shrimp
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 10 leaves of lettuce
Instrucciones:
Boil the shrimp in salted water for a few minutes, drain them, and peel them. Set aside some tails for decoration.
In wide glasses, place a well-washed and chopped lettuce leaf, then add a portion of diced avocado on top, followed by the shrimp.
Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and combine everything thoroughly.
Cover the shrimp with the sauce. For decoration, use the tails set aside at the beginning of the preparation.
