- 1 cup of oysters
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 cup of tomato juice
- 1 lemon
Instructions:
In some markets outside of Cuba, you can find oysters that are already shucked. However, if you are making this recipe on the Island, you should start by carefully opening the oysters with the help of a knife.
Collect the pulp and juice in a glass or cup. Add the tomato juice, the freshly squeezed lemon juice, and ground black pepper. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and serve in small glasses.
