Ingredients:
1 lb of cooked beetroot
100 ml of evaporated milk
1 lemon
Pepper and salt
Instructions:
Cut the beetroot into pieces and blend it with 3 cups of water. Then squeeze the juice of one lemon into the mixture, add salt and pepper, and cook it over heat for five minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the evaporated milk, then serve.
