1 lb cooked beets 100 ml evaporated milk 1 lemon Pepper and salt

Instructions:
Cut the beet into pieces and put it in a blender along with 3 glasses of water. Then squeeze the juice of a lemon and add it, add salt and pepper and put it on the heat for five minutes. Lower the heat and add the evaporated milk, stir and serve.
