3 cups of pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Separate the pumpkin seeds with your fingers once cut, avoiding pulling out the pulp. Dry the pumpkin seeds in the sun. Toast them in a slightly greased cast-iron pot over low heat. Consume in a manner similar to peanuts.
