Ingredients:
2 tbsp. oil or butter
3 tbsp. wheat flour
11/2 cup fresh milk
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 tsp. of salt
1/8 tsp. pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix melted butter or oil with flour. Stir until it forms a paste. Add the milk little by little. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened. Add the tomato puree, salt and pepper. Let it cook for a few more seconds, but do not let it boil because it will cut.
