Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of oil or butter
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 ½ cups of fresh milk
½ cup of tomato puree
1 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper to taste
Instructions:
Mix the melted butter or oil with the flour. Stir until a paste forms. Gradually add the milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring until it thickens. Add the tomato puree, salt, and pepper. Let it cook for a few more seconds, but do not let it boil, as it may separate
