Cereals are important in the daily diet because they provide fiber, vitamins, and minerals. However, they also contain carbohydrates, especially when mixed with condensed milk as in this recipe.

This combination is not advisable if you intend to diet or if you suffer from any kind of illness like diabetes, for example. But if you are healthy and want to treat yourself to a Cuban flavor, here is a good recipe to enjoy.
