The video with the complaint was shared on the Instagram profile ofLeo Brito. In his statements, this person assures that the service offered by Cuban restaurants in Hialeah is not always the best. He invited Cubans to open their minds and care more about how they serve their public.
"When I want to be treated well, I go to a Venezuelan, Colombian or Peruvian restaurant. I am tired of the bad manners and poor customer service in Hialeah. It is not an opinion or an experience. To be treated well I have to go to another community ", said.
Some people believe that his statements may be extremist, but other Cubans interacted with his message giving him full support.
"How nice it is to be treated well, wherever you go. How Cubans need to free themselves and educate themselves!" commented the Cuban in his video.
He asked his fellow countrymen residing in the"City that Progresses" that they grow up in the United States, that they do not use the experience of arriving in this country just to "buy a car, a house and a gold chain."
For several weeks now thecity of Hialeah is preparing to improve security during the Christmas holidays.
The authorities warned thatwill increase police presence in central areas, because greater influx of public is expected in restaurants and shopping centers.
