YSTCC and OGAT urge the families of the deceased to report the Police to the Military Prosecutor's Office for their lack of understanding and lack of prevention.

"Intervention in events of this type cannot be left in the hands of the citizens, who do not have the preparation or the power to contain armed people. That is the function of the Police, whose salaries come from the public treasury, that is, from the work and taxes of citizens," the groups emphasize.

Dailene was the mother of a nine-year-old girl from a previous relationship..

The Internet userErnesto Sanchez He shared on Facebook videos of the Police in the street and the neighbors looking curious.

"The police were there all morning but they couldn't do anything to prevent it, they didn't want to, they wasted time and they let the man kill his wife," he denounced.
