In the comments section, Internet users debated the events that could have motivated this event, although without giving specific information.

“But if at the opposite entrances to the tunnel there are signs and lights that tell you that you can't get there and how the opponent got in without knowing it, I don't understand,” said one user.

In another Facebook group named “Car Accidents in Cuba”, users warned about the delay in the transit of vehicles to pass through the tunnel.

“I urge everyone who is near the Havana Bay tunnel to be very cautious. There was an accident inside and there is a tremendous traffic jam. Be very careful, let's take the necessary safety measures to avoid accidents,” wrote Alejandro V Chassagne.

In this case, the comments focused on the problems that the tunnel presents as a transit route.

“I passed by there yesterday andIn the middle of the tunnel it is wet, the sea is penetrating into the tunnel and having oil splashes is where accidents come,” explained one user.

Several Internet users echoed this criterion, including one person who added that “years ago, especially when the date of the Book Fair approached, they paved it and painted the signs on the road because it was assumed that in those days of Very important personalities would pass through the fair.”

As of the closing of this note, there is no information from the authorities about this incident.
