Thief arrested after losing his license during a robbery in Santa Clara

The thief went up to the roof of a house to steal and the owners surprised him. He pulled out a knife and attacked them, but they took his backpack.

The Cuban Police arrested a thief who lost his identification card during a robbery at a home in Santa Clara.

On March 9, the user of Facebook Liso Santoyo Costa shared in the group "La candonga Santa Clara" the photos of a young man whom he accused of having tried to rob his house.

"Omar Yandriel 'Picolino', brazen thief who we caught today around three in the morning stealing from the roof of my house, carrying a knife. He is from La Vigía, because even though he escaped from us we have your card", he pointed.

Santoyo Costa added that He filed a complaint with the police.

The facts were confirmed by the official profile "Fuerza del Pueblo", which this Saturday reported the arrest of the criminal, who will be charged with the crime of robbery with violence.

"In the early hours of March 9, bandit Omar Yandriel Quesada Orias 'Picolino' broke into a home in Reparto Virginia, in Santa Clara, when the owners surprised him in the act," the post says.
