Let us remember that the first secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) in Santiago de Cuba,Beatriz Johnson Urrutia, tried from a rooftop in a house to calm the spirits of the protesters, whileThe people did not let her speak because of the cries of “Freedom”, “Down with Communism” and “Homeland and Life”.
Already in the crowd, at street level,The leader tried again to speak with the dissatisfied and received the response “No more molar” and “Liar.”.
Its boss, the designated ruler Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez,He called the protesters an “infamous troupe”, and as usual in his messages he blamed the United States for what is happening in Cuba.
Here is a sample of the various memes that circulate on social networks:
The protests began on the afternoon of Sunday, March 17 on the central Carretera del Morro Avenue and 9th Street in Veguita de Galo. Subsequently,The riots spread to the town of El Cobre, where the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Charity, Patroness of Cuba, is located.
