In a recent operation, the Cuban police removed several license plates from state cars parked at night on the streets of Havana.

On the Facebook profile "Heroes in Blue in Cuba", associated with the National Revolutionary Police (PNR), they reported that the Traffic Chief of Central Havana organized the operation on Zanja Street, with the objective of "preventing the theft of motorcycle accessories." automobiles".

During the inspection, it was discovered that several state vehicles were parked without adequate protection measures, contravening the directives that require that such cars must be kept in safe places designated by their respective company directorates.

As a result of this action, the drivers of the vehicles and their bosses were summoned for a more in-depth analysis and the implementation of corresponding administrative measures.

The police left a handwritten notification warning drivers who they should contact in case of complaints, and to further ensure that those involved will take the matter seriously, they proceeded to remove the license plates from the vehicles.

This incident puts state car drivers on alert so that they do not leave their vehicles exposed on public roads.

On social networks, a user expressed his confusion and dissatisfaction with the operation. The man questioned the logic behind the removal of license plates from cars that belong to the State, because in his opinion this measure only ends up affecting the government and raised doubts about the effectiveness of the action.

This case highlights the need for a coherent policy that protects state and private property in Cuba, without resorting to measures that may appear contradictory or ineffective.

The community expects strategies that prevent crime and also promote administrative wisdom, something that was lost in Cuba decades ago.
