A Cuban immigrant has become a hero by intervening to rescue a Hispanic street vendor, identified as Juan Díaz, who was being brutally beaten by an alleged criminal in Los Angeles.

The attacker, who was allegedly trying to rob him, brutally assaulted Díaz in the same area where he was stabbed in one of his arms a few months ago.

In a report by Univisión, it is mentioned that the Cuban lives in a tent under unfavorable conditions, while the victim's daughter publicly thanked the intervention, stating, "it saved my father's life."
