The Dominican influencer Destino Positivo exploded on his social media this Tuesday after receiving a strike on YouTube for alleged copyright infringement, which led to the removal of an exclusive interview with Cuban reggaeton artist El Chulo.

According to the content creator's own report, the claim was filed by Planet Distribution for a Third Party on behalf of Charly & Johayron for a copyright infringement, which allegedly resulted in the immediate removal of the video.

Destino has called out the music producer behind the label Planet Records Cuba / Miami, Roberto Ferrante, for blocking this content on their YouTube channel.

"Attention Ferrante. What you just did is not manly. What you just did is very ugly, very disgusting, very dirty, very filthy", he complained, visibly upset.

The deleted content included an interview in which El Chulo addressed several controversial topics, including his clashes with Ferrante and El Charly. According to Destino, he only used an image of Charly & Johayron for “a millisecond” on the video cover.

"That content you just blocked, that just gave me a strike, does not belong to you; it belongs to Destino Tolk,” he added.

The Dominican said that images of Cuban urban artists are "public domain" and that anyone can access them on Google, which is why he believes the claim is unfounded and malicious.

"Be a man, be a gentleman and remove the strike from me amicably. Every second I am losing revenue because of that content, you will have to pay me for it.", he warned.

In an increasingly serious tone, Destino Positivo issued an ultimatum to Ferrante of “two hours” to withdraw the complaint, or otherwise, they will confront him legally in the United States by filing a lawsuit against him.

"I know well what my rules are on YouTube and at no time have I violated any laws." He assured this before confirming that he is already filing a formal complaint with the platform to recover his video.

So far, Ferrante has not publicly responded to the accusations.
