Note:
Guacamole is a traditional recipe from Mexican cuisine. It is one of the most consumed appetizers in Mexico, but just like everywhere else in the world, each master has their own way of doing it. The most important thing is that it is homemade, authentic, and full of flavor. The recipe may seem simple to make at first, but according to experts, few people achieve the perfect flavor in guacamole. Here we propose a straightforward option, with fresh and nutritious ingredients, that will allow you to make the most of ripe avocados, say goodbye to industrial guacamole from the market, and impress your friends as an expert in Mexican cuisine at parties.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 medium salad tomato
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (you can substitute with chili pepper)
  • ½ onion, chopped in brunoise
  • ½ lemon
  • finely chopped fresh cilantro, to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Cut the avocado in half. Remove the seed and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Prepare a puree with the avocado flesh to your desired consistency.
