Ingredients:
2 avocados, guys
Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 latica of petitpois
Stuffed:
2 cups boiled lobster
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 bucket of bell peppers
1 lettuce
4 stuffed olives

Instructions:
Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and peel, remove a small slice from the bottom so that they remain firm on the plate, prick them with a fork several times and season them to taste with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
Chop the lobster. Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup and soy sauce, pour it over the lobster until well combined.
Add the petit pois and fill the avocado halves.
Garnish each half with olives and slices of bell peppers; serve on lettuce leaves.
