Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 200 grams of bacon cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons of oil or cooking fat.
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Put two tablespoons of oil in the pan and set it over medium heat. Once it's hot, add the bacon and let it brown.
While the bacon is browning, crack the eggs into a deep bowl. Whisk them until the whites and yolks are well combined. Add salt and pepper if desired.
Add the beaten eggs to the pan with the bacon and stir until they are set. Some people prefer their scrambled eggs well done, while others enjoy a softer, juicier texture. Stop cooking when the scramble reaches your desired consistency.
You can accompany it with bread, white rice, or a delicious vegetable salad.
To decorate, we recommend using finely chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
