Scrambled eggs, or "revoltillo," is a dish made from lightly beaten eggs. There are different recipes, but the common method is to cook them in a pan with oil, lard, or butter, continuously stirring until the eggs set and form curds. Scrambled eggs are consumed worldwide. They can be prepared for breakfast, as a main dish for lunch, or in a light dinner. They are often combined with various foods, such as onion, ham, bacon, cheese, herbs, mushrooms, among others. Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams of bacon cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of oil or cooking fat.
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley for decoration
Instructions:

Put the two tablespoons of oil in the pan and set it over medium heat. When it's hot, add the bacon and let it brown.

While the bacon is browning, crack the eggs into a deep bowl. Beat them until the whites and yolks are well combined. Add salt and pepper if desired.

Incorporate the beaten eggs into the pan with the bacon and stir until they are set. Some people prefer scrambled eggs to be very dry, while others like them soft and juicy. Stop cooking when the scramble reaches your desired doneness.
