Ingredients:
1 lb of cooked beetroot
100 ml of evaporated milk
1 lemon
Pepper and salt
Instructions:
The beetroot is cut into pieces and blended with 3 cups of water. Then the juice of one lemon is squeezed in and added, along with salt and pepper, and it is put on the heat for five minutes. It is taken off the heat and evaporated milk is added, stirred, and served.
