Cream of peas

Ingredients:
2 cups of peas 1 cup of potatoes 1 cup carrots ½ medium onion 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups of broth 1 tablespoon butter Pieces of toasted bread (amount to taste)
Instructions:
Soften the peas. Add the potato, carrot, onion and salt, and let it cook. Blend and strain. Add the butter and adjust the thickness of the cream. Serve with the bread.
