Cuban Luis Robert Moírán has become the sensation of the Minor Leagues these days, after a historic emergence at the Triple-A level with the Charlotte Knights.
The 21-year-old from Avila has an average of .433 and five home runs in seven games since arriving in Charlotte, in addition to 11 RBIs and four stolen bases.
Tom Haberstroh, an NBA journalist based in Charlotte, published on his Twitter account that the Cuban was the biggest emerging star in the city of Charlotte since Kemba Walker, the skilled organizing point guard who moved to Boston this summer.

Chicago White Sox GM Rick Hahm clarified that there were multiple opportunities for this to happen, however, he emphasized that the main challenges for baseball's number 5 prospect in 2019 were to stay healthy and climb the Minor League system.
For now, everyone is waiting for the new star of Cuban baseball. When Luis Robert reaches the Major Leagues, the spotlight will go with him, and few will forget what he did in a surreal 2019 with .356, 23 doubles, 21 home runs, seven triples and 32 stolen bases.
