Cuban police capture murderers of motorcyclist in Holguín

Cuban police captured the murderers of Armando Argelio Pérez Zaldívar, a 49-year-old motorcyclist from Holguín who was found dead on Tuesday, after missing for several days.

The local stationRadio Angle released a note issued by the Ministry of the Interior, which explains that the agency's forces detained four citizens between 29 and 33 years of age, three of them with criminal records, one of whom seized the deceased's motorcycle. , already disarmed.

"During the interrogations, two of them confessed to having murdered him and buried him in a depopulated area with abundant vegetation in the town of San Andrés, where he was found," the information states.

According to the note, the motive for the crime was to take the motorcycle to sell it and thus pay off a debt of 50 thousand pesos.

The deceased, who was dedicated to private transportation, left his house on December 24 in the morning with a passenger, bound for the San Andrés popular council, located in the northeast region of the main municipality. When he did not return, he was reported to the police as absent from his home.

"The authors will be judged in accordance with the legislation in force in our country," the text stressed.

On Tuesday at 4:00 am the family of Armando Argelio Pérez Zaldívar, known as Mandy, was officially informed that his lifeless body had been located, according to Facebook user Lianet Roca Romero, without giving more details.

Since Pérez Zaldívar was last seen on December 24, his relatives did not stop looking for him and had even asked for help on social networks to find his whereabouts.

"When he left his home, he was wearing a light blue sweater, light blue jeans, a long-sleeved green shirt and white tennis shoes," they detailed in a post.

On Sunday, Lianet Roca revealed on her social networks that the police had found "the motorcycle in pieces" and that they had "arrested." From that moment on, hopes of finding Mandy alive diminished.
