Lester Dominguez Ortiz,the young man who was attacked with a machete in Holguín at the end of March, was re-entered into intermediate therapy, after complications of infection with staphylococcus in a bedsore due to being bedridden, according to a family report on his daily condition.
"On Saturday he had a fever of 38.2 and on Sunday he had 39.2 so they had to admit him to the intermediate therapy room," he noted this Monday inFacebook Dennis Domínguez, father of the minor, who broadcasts the evolution of his son's health every day.
He also commented that they are now applying Rosephin “to counteract the staphylococcus infection that he has in the eschar on his back.”
Likewise, he reiterated his optimism that his son will recover from the serious injuries he received when he was attacked with a machete to steal his cell phone.
“We have to continue hoping that he evolves for the better, and that God continues to perform the miracle, together with the doctors, of restoring him,” concludes the young man's father, who has not given up in the battle for the recovery of Lester's health.who just turned 18 years old.
Domínguez counted onanother post on his social network that on the night from Friday to Saturday he spent the entire time vacuuming him and taking care of him to reduce his fever, in addition to being notified from Camagüey of a wheelchair for people with longer limbs and a support to support the head.

In May, the Cuban police arrested citizen Adrián Grass Bermúdez, the main suspect in the attack.
Domínguez Ortiz's family also named Adriano Báster Leyva, a close friend of Grass Bermúdez, as an accomplice, but this young man committed suicide last month.
