A car was completely devoured by flames this Monday afternoon in Bayamo, the capital municipality of the Granma province.
A video of the group ofFacebook "BUS & TRUCK ACCIDENTS for more experience and fewer victims!" showed how the white vehicle, of which the model or license plate cannot be seen, was burned by fire and released a large cloud of smoke over itself.
"In Bayamo, Granma, I don't know the causes," wrote Internet user Leannis Millán.
To date, the trigger for the fire that left the car completely burned is unknown.
In the comments to the post it emerged that there were no injuries or deaths in the explosion.
Several forum members wondered if it was a Geely car belonging to the Cuban police. "Police car, they gave it a light," wrote one Internet user.
Images after the fire showed the sooty car, completely useless. Around him several soldiers and police appeared on the scene.
Among the hypotheses launched about the origin of the flames, some stated that the quality of the gasoline could cause similar explosions.
"The gasoline is super bad," someone said, "My brother, gasoline alone doesn't catch fire, you know that," another person responded.
There has been no official statement in this regard and the authorities have not reported on the incident.
Also this month anothercar caught fire at the traffic light on Calzada Diez de Octubre and Lacret in Havana.
In the comments to the publication, one of the car's crew members stated that the car burned almost completely due to a mechanical failure and the delay of the firefighters.
In mid-April,one person burned to death and two others suffered serious burns after a vehicle caught fire in the city of Camagüey.
Users on the networks shared videos and photos after the car crashed into the cemetery wall, which caused it to catch fire with three people inside.
