"When a family is destroyed, I believe that there is nothing that can compensate for that pain. Of course, I have to keep going for my children and that is my greatest motivation. But my biggest dream in life, more than collecting platinum records and Grammys, it was raising my children with their father, having a family, you know? Going over the problems, the obstacles, and overcoming them, and growing old next to someone, I know I'm not going to have this. recognized the artist when taking stock of her professional and personal life.

But despite how much the breakup with Gerard Piqué has affected her, the one from Barranquilla is channeling her feelings and emotions in her songs, and you only have to look at the numbers: the singer is chaining success after success with each release. "In Barcelona, being “children of” and the whole media situation weighed heavily on them. We had the paparazzi at the door of the house every day. Here they are ordinary children who enjoy normality," commented Shakira, who also announced that she is preparing a tour for next year.
