Ugás shows off a message of Homeland and Life at the weigh-in for the fight against Barrios

Cuban professional boxer Yordenis Ugás showed off the message of Homeland and Life in their equipment during the weighing of his fight against the American Mario Barrios, which will be held tonight at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Ugás, who will fight for the interim 147-pound title of the World Boxing Council (WBC), appeared this Friday at the weigh-in dressed in white pants with the title of the well-known song that became an anthem for everyone. Cubans who want freedom on the Island.

In a press conference held prior to his challenge with Barrios, the Cuban boxer explained that beyond boxing, he feels committed to the cause of Freedom in Cuba and that he takes advantage of every opportunity to make visible the situation of the regime's political prisoners.
