At least two police officers were injured during an altercation with a schizophrenia patient in Havana following the arbitrary arrest of an activist.

He stated that the two Patrol officers were injured and received severe blows in a prolonged effort to neutralize the sick neighbor.

"The aggressor is currently detained, accused and under medical treatment.
