A spectacular accident that occurred this Wednesday morning inLas Tunas left material damage in twotrucks that grazed their bodies when crossing each other on the road.

One of the trucks, apparently from the American manufacturerInternational Truck and Engine Corporation, suffered considerable damage to the cabin. However, the container it was transporting appeared to be undamaged.
The other truck, a Russian-made ZIL (also known as V8 in Cuba), also suffered damage to its cabin and its bed (or cargo bed) was detached upon impact.
Another user of the mentionedgroup He indicated that the accident occurred at “Km 676, Las Tunas” and described it as a “rub” between both trucks. “As far as I know, only wounded,” he added.
“From what you can see [in the published photos], there was quite a bit of fog,” said another Internet user in the comments.
In mid December,two trucks suffered a spectacular crash on the Calzada de San Miguel, in the Havana municipality of San Miguel del Padrón, according to a video posted on social networks by a resident in the area.
There was hardly any data about what happened, but the images spoke for themselves.
The position of one of the trucks involved in the accident was especially striking: it was left crossed in the middle of the street, interrupting traffic, while its rear end was a very short distance from the doorway of a house.
At the beginning of November, a quadruple accident that occurred on roads in the province of Ciego de Ávila left at least one person dead, according to reports on social networks.
They were involved in the accidentthree trucks and an American car from the 50's, known in Cuba as “almendrones”. According to users who commented in the aforementioned Facebook group, the deceased would be one of the occupants of the almendrón.
In mid-February,two passenger trucks collided at Kilometer 485 of the Central Highway, with no deaths reported. As a result of the impact, one of them ended up overturned on the highway.
One of the trucks was transporting people from Santiago de Cuba, while the other, orange, was known as "El Napoleón", in the province of Camagüey.
