HeCuban lawyer Manuel Viera, strong critic of the regime Castro, questioned the shortage of bread in state bakeries while MSMEs maintain their supply.

"If we know that these MSMEs can only import through state importers, how come that flour arrived on time and the flour used to make the people's bread did not? Surely it is the fault of the blockade!" he stated.

Viera also criticized the differences that exist between Havana and the rest of the provinces.

As reported in his profileFacebookIn the interior of the country there is no flour to make children's bread, however, in the capital there is bread in all MSMEs and cafes.

"They go around selling 'the fluton' for 300 pesos on every block? Could it be that Havana and the rest of the provinces are different countries? Has an Extra-Havana Republic been created?" he asked.
