Cuban from Miami arrested for kidnapping and assault after failed sexual encounter

Two men from Miami, one of them of Cuban nationality, were arrested by the police after an agreed sexual encounter with a third party got out of control, whom they intimidated with a toy gun, illegally detained andattacked.

Mora and Ramírez called the police and said they were victims of a burglary. However, the agents detained them both this Monday morning, at their home in the 2700 block of Northwest 15th Street, in Grapeland Heights, Miami, the channel reported.Local 10.

According to police reports, the alleged victim spoke with one of the young men inGrindr and accepted payment of $160 for having sexual relations with both of them last Sunday night.

Once at home, the meeting did not go as planned. The victim said Ramirez “had erectile dysfunction” and the threesome ended abruptly.

Mora then demanded his $80 back and an argument ensued. The Cuban took out a toy revolver, put it to the victim's head and told him: “You're not going anywhere; I want my money".

“I'm not going to give you anything. “Shoot me then,” the man responded, andMora began to hit him, while Ramírez immobilized him and called the police.

However, both ended up in prison, accused of charges ofkidnapping with deadly weapon andassault.

Ramírez was held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center under an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold and $2,000 bail; while Mora was also admitted to that prison and with the same bail, but without immigration control because he was a resident.
