Traffic accident in La Lisa leaves a motorist injured

The accident occurred on the corner of 190 and 51, in the Havana municipality of La Lisa.

A motorcyclist was injured after hitting a modern car in the Havana municipality of La Lisa, according to reports on social networks.

By sharing images in the Facebook group “Car Accidents in Cuba”, the user Ronel Hernández Vázquez He said he did not know details of what happened, although significant damage was observed in the vehicles involved.

Although it is not visible at first glance in the photographs, a third car, one of the well-known Chevrolets, seems to be involved in the unfortunate event.

In the comments section, several Internet users confirmed the presence of this vehicle in the accident.

“Second 1948 Chevrolet in 3 days that has an accident,” mentioned one user.

Meanwhile, regarding the intersection where the accident occurred, many described it as dangerous.

“That corner of 190th and 51st has sugar (it is prone) to accidents. God lend his hand and may everything be fine with the one on the motorcycle who almost always gets the worst of it,” said one Internet user.

A user who claimed to have seen the accident added that the “motorcycle driver was taken away seriously, I hope everything turns out well.”

A week ago, an accident in the Cuban capital that involved a pedicab and a car from the Electric Company, left no fatalities.

The incident occurred in the central Galiano street, and in one of the photographs you can see how the pedicab was practically useless.

However, an accident between a Transtur Company bus and a ZIL-130 truck, which occurred last Monday, April 29, in the municipality of Madruga, in the province of Mayabeque, left two people dead, four with major injuries and several with minor injuries.
