The father of Karildi Marín, the young Cuban woman who disappeared in Havana on December 14, remembered her daughter this Mother's Day, who is the mother of a little girl.
Tomás Marín shared in Facebook several photos of Karildi in her role as a mother, including one from when she was pregnant shortly before giving birth, and others with her daughter, who is barely a year old.
"A path of blessings for my granddaughter and her mother," he wrote in the group "Denouncing crimes in Cuba."
This overwhelmed father denounced the inaction and the lack of interest of the Police in the search for the girl, missing for five months.
"All the officers who have to do with the case don't even bother blowing their asses. I'm sure that if it were the daughter of some of them, it would have already appeared. This is Cuba, anyone who doesn't have a godfather doesn't get baptized," he stressed.
It is not the first time that Karildi's family denounces the inefficiency of the authorities in his disappearance.
His brother Yoandri, who has remained active on social networks so that the case does not fall into oblivion, criticized the police work on April 17 and assured that "Those who have to ensure citizen tranquility do not do their job correctly".
"There is no evidence of her, why if clues have already been provided, is there still no suspect appearing?" he questioned.
Days before, when there were just a few days left until four months had passed since the girl's disappearance, the young man wrote a message in which he expressed how much he missed his sister.
"I have suffered a lot of stress, my hair was even falling out., that's why I decided to continue with my exercises. "I only ask God to take care of my sister and help me find her whereabouts," he said.
Karildi Marín is 24 years old and lives in Párraga, in the Arroyo Naranjo municipality, Havana. He disappeared on the night of December 14 when he went out to a party on the Hill and since then no one has heard from her.
"It is a very sad and difficult situation for every family. We will not stop searching for you, we have to know what has happened with you, my sister. Your family loves you and I long for your return," Yoandri said at the end of March.
The boy reiterated the number of phone 54291630 for people who have any type of information to call.
On March 19, he wrote on Facebook: "We continue looking for you, your family does not rest until they hear from you. I ask all the authorities in this country for help, how is it possible that a young girl disappears. And now we are going to almost 100 days without hearing from her".
Her family ruled out that the girl had left the country because they found her passport in the house.
